I’m Katherine—though most people call me Kat. As a Roanoke native, I offer a lifelong understanding of the communities I serve and the people who make them special. I’m a proud Radford University graduate with a degree in Public Relations, where I formally studied communication and relationship-building—skills that have always come naturally to me!

My real estate journey began more than a decade ago in property management, with hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and vacation rentals. In 2021, I became a REALTOR®, bringing a well-rounded perspective and a deep appreciation for what truly matters to both buyers and sellers.

I have a special appreciation for historic homes, farmhouses, generational land, and the stories they carry. Above all, I’m passionate about helping people find places they genuinely love—whether it’s a first home, a next chapter, or a forever property. My approach is rooted in authentic connection, clear communication, and serving every client with integrity and care.

Outside of real estate, I’m married to Noel, a successful restaurateur, and we enjoy spending time at Smith Mountain Lake (our second home) with our dog, Lucy.
